Busby's Bar at Victoria Lodge

Located at Victoria Lodge (close to Victoria Lodge Gate and Yurong Gate) is a trendy pop-up bar named after James Busby.

James collected vine cuttings from Europe which were planted in the garden in 1833. It was cuttings from these plantings that were used to establish Tyrrell's Wines in the Hunter Valley in 1858.
